Rubberbanding (keeping wires connected while moving components)
This version has rubberbanding. To use this type of rubberbanding most effectively, generally several components are selected at once when moving them in order for wires to remain either horizontal or vertical.
Pins connected to pins will not automatically rubberband by generating a wire between them. So, connect pins with wires!. Component pins connected to midpoints of wires will also not rubberband. Moving wires only connecting to pins will not rubberband. Golden Rule, always connect wires and pins to wires, which would be required to probe that node voltage.
To move components without rubberbanding, turn it off with the menu item, tool bar button (poor excuse for a resistor with wires), or draw setup properties box.
