What’s New in SuperSpice - January 2019
1 Fixed save of set of waveform background colour. That particular gremlin been sitting there for 15 years...ahmmm.....
What’s Recent in SuperSpice - August 2018
1 Added ability to have a list of frequencies when outputting an ordered device noise list noise report
What’s Recent in SuperSpice - August 2017
1 Added sweep of R,L, C, VDC and IDC in AC analysis. This allows gains of VCAs, and nonlinear capacitance with voltage to be plotted
2 Add a few models
What’s Recent in SuperSpice - January 2017
1 Added popup display of device dc operating points such as gm, gds, vgst, gds, etc.
2 Minor bug fixs
What’s Recent in SuperSpice - October 2016
1 Added extended VDMOS support. MOS1 now support: full nonlinear capacitances of CGD, CGS and CGB. Additionally there is support for subthreshold and quasi-saturation. See MOS1Model for more info.
2 Fixed bugs!
What’s Recent in SuperSpice - August 2016
1 Added ability to plot signals from multi runs with respect to the parameter that was swept each run. e.g. Plotting ac gain at a specific frequency as a control voltage is changed. See Collated runs for more info.
2 Fixed Gain Margin calculation bug.
3 Added more auto scale grids, i.e. 1.25, 1.5, 6 and 9.
What’s Recent in SuperSpice - April - May 2016
1 FFT now is now FFT! Previously Number of points were not set a power of 2 resulting in just a general FT. FFT is now 1000s faster.
2 Setting Loop Gain now automatically sets all but the loop gain source AC value to 0
3 Ordered list of device noise contributions report now available.
What’s Recent in SuperSpice - January 2016
1 Added HiSimHV model
