AnaSoft is able to design custom ".subckt" models for a wide range of specialized functions. In addition, a SuperSpice symbol will be provided for the model free of charge.

Models are usually targeted to provide the main features of the device pin functions, such that a reasonable approximation to the actual device is ensured, at minimal cost.

Cost

Modeling cost vary depending on how complex the model, and how accurate the model is required to be.

Typical cost of models range from £200 for a simple device, to £1000+ per model for the more complex parts.
